How to Get to the Show

 

Travel

The RDS is located approx. 3 kilometres from Dublin City in the heart of residential Ballsbridge. The RDS is approximately 10 minutes from Sandymount and Lansdowne. Bus numbers 5,7,8 and 45 from the city centre stop outside of the RDS at the Merrion Road entrance. The venue is surrounded by Merrion Road, Simmonscourt Road and Anglesea Road and is serviced by car parking spaces for over 2,000 cars plus drop off points for taxis

International
Most overseas arrivals will come through Dublin international Airport which is less than one hour to and from London. Frequent daily services provide a convenient link to transatlantic and worldwide flight

Once you arrive at the airport take the Aircoach direct from the airport to Bewleys Hotel, Ballsbridge which is located beside the RDS, Simmonscourt www.aircoach.ie

Regular scheduled ferry services operate between Ireland and the U.K. Dun Laoghaire port is less than five miles south of the RDS, serviced by the Dart rail service, the transfer takes less than twenty minutes. Dublin Port is closer to the city centre and is serviced by the Number 53 Bus to the City Centre.

Dublin is linked to the rest of Ireland by road, fast efficient bus and train services and six internal flight destinations.
